Durham Region Daycare
5th July 2009

I cut this out and put it on my fridge

Not that Eric isn’t super busy and stressed at work. But some days it certainly feels like this, don’t you agree?

I love how she’s breastfeeding while cooking among the chaos, too. I’ve done that SO MANY TIMES!

LOL, I’ve done the BFing and cooking too. My mat leave just ended, my shifts are so relaxing and full of ‘me’ time it’s great to be back! (If only I didn’t miss my baby so much) :)
No wonder hubby volunteered for so much overtime this past year! LOL!

Yep. That about covers it. The worst is when my husband gets back from work and I ask him to please give me a 20 min break and even though he’s just been on transit for 40 mins or so tells me he just got home from work and needs a break himself! Ha!

oooh doesn’t that drive you insane, 1001petals? When I was on my first mat leave, my hubby would come home from his eight hour shift and head for the computer, I’d ask for him to take the baby. He made comments like when he came home he had to start his “second” shift — excuse me? I have a shift that NEVER ends… it’s called being a MOM!

It’s ok, while they work we do nothing but sit on the couch eating bon-bons anyway … *sigh*
