Sharing

lucy_scowl.jpg

Lucy and I are in the car, in the Tim Horton’s drive thru.

“Mumma! Can you please get me a sprinkle doughnut as a special treat?”

“Sure, Honey. You’ve been a great girl today.”

“And I’m going to share it with YOU!”

“Oh, thank you, Sweetie! That’s so nic…”

“I get the BIG piece, and you get the LITTLE piece!”

Wow she looks VERY grown up in that photo. You can totally see how she’s going to look when she’s older! And probably sharing even less at that point :)

Cameron decided last week he’d share his rice Krispie squares. He’d eat 3/4 and then give me a 1/4. Then he’d realize there was no more and ask for “more”. Again, he’d eat 3/4 and give me 1/4. I think the little bugger had it all figured out to his benefit! He’d repeat this all day if you’d let him (and they were so tempting I had 1/2 dozen myself).
