Bravo to bow be-dazzled baby Alexander for winning Photo Friday: SMILE!

This week our theme is BUDDING ARTISTS. We’re looking for photos of your wee one crafting her or his heart out: Painting, colouring, stickers, finger painting and more.

The prize this week is a custom whimsical wooden plaque from Debbi of Freckle Farm Creations. A fellow north Durham Boonies resident, Debbi started her budding business while on maternity leave with her first son. After a (too long, according to some of you!) hiatus, Photo Friday is back!

Well, you two cuties sure did win that by a good stretch — and rightfully so, as you’re both super cute. Congrats to mom Heather.

That’s it for Photo Friday this year, everyone! Who knew an idea that came to me one lazy spring morning while nursing Alice in bed would turn into such a great community of contests. Hope you’ve enjoyed them as much as I have the past eight months. It’s been such a pleasure showcasing everyone’s sweet baboos here.
